About Community Engagement

Rappahannock United Way is working to advance the common good by focusing on Education, Income, and Health. These are the building blocks for a good life—a quality education that leads to a stable job, enough income to support a family through retirement, and access to good healthcare. Our goal is to create long-lasting changes that prevent problems from happening in the first place.

We invite you to be part of the change. Together, united, we can inspire hope and create opportunities for a better tomorrow.

You play a vital role in helping us think forward about these priorities. We've been listening to what YOU and other members of our community think we should aspire to achieve in these important subject areas.

The information you provided has served as the basis for creating our Impact Strategies in the areas of Education, Income and Health. These strategies will be an action plan for RUW and other organizations in creating programs and services as well as funding initiatives that support these goals.
